Modal Finansial Dan Resiliensi Sektor Ekonomi Unggulan Di Jawa Timur: Pendekatan Sustainable Livelihood

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Sektor-sektor ekonomi unggulan diharapkan dapat menjadi motor penggerak utama dalam menjamin ketahanan terhadap berbagai gangguan sekaligus mendukung percepatan perekonomian. Mengoptimalkan ketahanan sektor-sektor unggulan sangat penting untuk mengatasi tantangan ketidakpastian global dan regional. Tujuan: (1) Mengidentifikasi sektor-sektor perekonomian unggulan di Provinsi Jawa Timur; (2 Menganalisis pertumbuhan dan ketahanan sektor-sektor tersebut dengan menggunakan pendekatan tingkat mikro; (3) Menganalisis strategi percepatan pertumbuhan dan ketahanan sektor-sektor unggulan di tingkat mikro. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari sektor-sektor tersebut. Badan Pusat Statistik Identifikasi sektor unggulan dilakukan melalui analisis tabel Input-Output. Analisis ketahanan sektoral tingkat mikro dilakukan dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Sustainable Livelihood yang diterapkan pada mikrodata Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional Maret 2022. (Susenas) dengan analisis regresi probit. Hasil: Secara makro, industri manufaktur dinilai sebagai sektor unggulan di Jawa Timur. Namun, secara mikro, pelaku usaha di sektor manufaktur dinilai kurang tangguh dibandingkan sektor tersebut di sektor lain. Selain itu, Pendekatan Penghidupan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Livelihood Approach) mengungkapkan bahwa peningkatan modal finansial secara signifikan meningkatkan kemungkinan ketahanan di tingkat mikro. Kesimpulan: Sektor manufaktur sebagai sektor unggulan di Jawa Timur belum menunjukkan ketahanan yang kuat di tingkat mikro. Modal finansial memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan peluang mencapai ketahanan pada tingkat mikro dalam sektor manufaktur
